Very authentically, a tenant looking for a new tenant recently described the location, house and apartment on a student portal in this way:

"As I have already moved, I am looking for a new tenant for my nice apartment. The layout couldn't be better! The apartment consists of a large bedroom (approx. 25 sqm) with access to a separate kitchen (approx. 7 sqm). Between the beautiful bathroom with window and bathtub and bedroom there is a small hallway, in which bicycles and wardrobe can easily be stowed away. Especially practical is the small storage room, which I used as a wardrobe, because clothes rails were already pre-installed. To the apartment belongs a more than sufficient cellar compartment, which is even dry (!!).

The location is top! One is in the immediate vicinity of Wurzelner Str., on which there is the tram line 7, to which one walks about 1-2 minutes. The fast shopping can be done at the Netto and the big one at the Reudnitzcenter, where Kaufland, Rossmann, Bäcker etc. are located. You can't complain about the culinary delights, as you are only a stone's throw away from the Eisenbahnstrasse, where you will find the best kebab shops and shopping facilities for Arab food. Dresdner Str. also offers a wide range of food options. You are very fast in the district park Rabet and Lene-Voigt-Park. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city centre by tram and about 10 minutes by bike, when you put your foot down."
