If you decide to rent an apartment from our portfolio, we currently offer it "commission-free" or "without brokerage" for the tenant.

That means for you, the service including the brokerage of the apartment, the handling and finally the handover of the apartment is free of charge for you. However, in the case of some owners and/or certain apartments, we may charge a broker's commission, which is limited to a maximum of 2 cold rents without additional costs (plus VAT). In any case, we will inform you in advance whether commissions are to be paid. In particular, we note this in our exposés. If the exposé or the rental offer in the real estate portals does not show any commission, then the apartment is commission-free for you! A commission must be agreed in advance and is explained by us in advance. The commission needs to be paid only if a tenancy agreement is concluded as a result of a brokerage or a proof.
