tempus fugit

As a matter of principle, our owners always receive a power of attorney as an attachment to the invitation to an owner's meeting in addition to the general agenda, the statement of expenses and the business plan.

With the power of attorney, you enable either another owner of the residential property owners' association, the advisory board or the administrator to cast a vote on your behalf. By ticking the appropriate box, our power of attorney even allows you to cast your own vote on each and every decision. The power of attorney to vote should be returned to us at least one working day before the owners meeting, signed personally by post or e-mail. However, if you prefer to attend the owners' meeting in person, you have the possibility to shift the date to another day by a simple majority of the owners' association (at least 50%). By the way: The deadline is set by the advisory board for each owner's meeting. If you already know in which time frame (e. g. vacation) you can't attend the next owner's meeting, you should inform the advisory board in time.
