A private property investor from Hessen, Germany has purchased an apartment block in Leipzig-Dölitz in august 2015. Seller was a private owner from Saxony-Anhalt.

Approx. 1898 erected and fully refurbished in 1996, this investment property shows an exceptionally performance potential in the near future.

SEPTIMA advised and mediated this transaction. Furthermore, SEPTIMA has coordinated refurbishment works, agreed in the context of the sale.
