A private investor from Germany acquired an investment property in Leipzig Stoetteritz, Saxony, in September 2012. The seller was a servicing subsidiary of a US investment fund.

The investment property was built around 1912 and consists of three residential and commercial buildings with a total rentable area of 3,614 sqm and has above-average potential for value appreciation. SEPTIMA acted as a consultant and broker. As part of the planned work to eliminate the repair backlog and simultaneously upgrade the quality of the vacant units, Septima has taken over the letting.
