Septima has successfully marketed a retail space in Leipzig's Nordstrasse 47. In addition to identifying a suitable tenant, we have also reconstructed the entire property as part of the marketing process, thus making sustainable leasing possible in the first place.

The building Nordstr. 47 was erected in the late 1990s and is in a modern and well-kept condition and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of building technology. The unit is located on the ground floor along the Nordstraße. Over the years, the shop unit had suffered from wear and tear and was no longer up-to-date.

We have developed a design and technical plan. In cooperation with the owner and taking into account the wishes of the lessee, we rebuilt and redesigned the property over a period of four weeks after conclusion of the commercial lease agreement. We carried out plumbing, electrical and interior work on time and at the required price. The owner was able to enforce his rental price expectations. The tenant has received the property of her choice and has already put it into operation.
