A specifically established Italian corporation acquired a apartment block in Leipzig-Reudnitz in May 2010. The acquisition took place by foreclosure auction in the form of a highest bidding guarantee. The seller and mortgage creditor was a servicing company commissioned by a US investment fund.

The investment property, which was built around 1920, is mainly tenanted and has a total area of 1,128 sqm of tenantable area. SEPTIMA acted as a consultant and broker. As part of the entire project, we were responsible for the complete commercial, technical due diligence and legal proceedings. Following completion of the transaction, Septima took over property management (including letting) for the building and asset management for the Italian dominated corporation.
