Septima brokers two condominiums from private to private. Both apartments are located in a well-kept Wilhelminian style house in Leipzig, Sellerhausen-Stünz, Saxony.

Both apartments are rented. The gross yield for one apartment is 6%. The yield on the second apartment was 4.5% at the time the contract was concluded. The rent was increased in the course of the sale within the scope of legal possibilities. Thus, before the change of possession to the new owner, the yield will amount to 5.2 %.

The seller parties were able to enforce the desired purchase price. The acquiring party is looking forward to an average return of 5.5 % on the total investment; a significant increase in value in the near future can be assumed.
