City villa in Dresden Pieschen South in construction

In Dresden, Pieschen South, a detached city villa with three full storeys and a recessed penthouse is currently in construction. The property consists of six apartments, two of which are penthouses, with underground parking. All apartments are barrier-free accessible by lift. The KfW 55 standard of the building ensures the lowest possible operating costs for the operation of the building and makes it future-proof.

Septima takes over the management of a predominantly commercially used building in Chemnitz. The building, which was erected at the end of the 19th century (part of a sock factory), impresses with its high-quality clinker brick architecture, which is largely preserved in its original state.
