In accordance with the creditworthiness profile drawn up together with the client, we check

  • the sustainable income
  • the general creditworthiness
  • the tenant's previous behavior
  • existing relevant insurance policies

of prospective tenants.

It goes without saying that - together with the client - the financial targets to be achieved are defined in advance. This concerns not only questions of the cold rent, but also the amount of prepayments to be agreed for the operating costs incurred on the property.
